Scope of Service & Acceptance
We agree to provide white-glove A/R recovery services (“Service”) as described on our site. • You authorize us to contact your clients on your behalf. • We will use tactful outreach to recover or clarify invoices. • Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing. • By purchasing, you accept these terms.
Client Obligations & Confidentiality
You must provide accurate invoice data and contact info. • Keep us updated on any payment plans or disputes. • You’re responsible for any legal or tax advice. • We will keep all your data and your clients’ data confidential. • We may sign an NDA if requested.
Fees, Payment, Cancellation & Liability
Fees are due at project start, via Stripe (card or ACH). • Sprint and Deep-Clean are one-time fees. Watchdog is monthly. • No refunds on completed work; partial refunds only at our discretion. • You can cancel Watchdog any time with 30 days’ notice. • We are not a collections agency and carry no collection-agency liability. • Our liability is limited to the total fees you’ve paid us.
